I am on my weight loss journey and here are some of my fav meals I’ve cooked this week! They are so so so delicious and super easy!
Update!
Since March I have lost 16 lbs! I am so so so happy because I’m finally seeing tangible results of my work! I am working out (trying) twice a week as well as tracking my calories and staying under 1900/day! All of these meals were around 700-800 calories! I don’t really eat breakfast and a small lunch so I get most of my calories at dinner.
SALMON CAESAR SALAD
—>Caesar salad mix from Aldi
—>frozen salmon
OPEN FACE BREAKFAST SANDY
—>bagel
—>spinach
—>pan-fried egg
GRILLED BBQ CHICKEN
—>chicken leg quarters
-BQQ seasoning of choice (I use a special mix from a small business in based in Kansas City, BeautifulDayFarms)
-BBQ sauce of choice (KC choice, Jack Stack sauce)
-frozen veggie mix of choice
-2 baked potatoes
TARGET MEALS
—>Ready to go Chicken Broccoli Mac and cheese! (So yummy and makes 4 servings!
