This is my first time making Fire Cider for immunity this cold and flu season, here’s what I used:
1 whole Lemon
1/2 Navel Orange
1/4 Large Purple Onion
2 Jalapeños
1/2 Ginger Root
1 Ear of Garlic (Approx. 5-6 cloves)
1 Bunch of Rosemary
1 Bunch of Thyme
2 Cinnamon Sticks
1 Tbs Tumeric
1 Tbs Cayenne Powder
1 Tbs Black Pepper Corns
16 oz Apple Cider Vinegar
Let rest in an air tight container for 4-6 weeks in a cool, dark place. Strain and combine with raw honey for maximum benefits. You can drink it daily or only when you’re starting to feel sick.
