📍Incheon a major port city in South Korea, just one hour away from Seoul via subway. If you are someone who like to explore not just shopping, I would suggest you to spare one day to visit Incheon. We went during June and the weather was breeze cooling around 18 - 28 ~ degree. Hence, you can consider visiting Korea during May - June before summer kicks in.

Bonus point: so that you don't have to overpack clothes like heat tech and big puffy jacket and stuff like that. Saving you extra space to buy more snacks and souvenir back.

MUST GO place in Incheon

💡 Chinatown Street - I've never been to any Chinatown overseas before so Korea one was eye opening and you must really go experience yourself. And have the BEST Jaianemyeon, black bean paste noodle there. It was the best I ever have in my life. There are quite a few famous one and we went to Gonghwachun (共和春). Just a short walk from the iconic chinatown entrance. You will see a tall building of 3 or 4 storey kind of restaurant. So atas until we scare we see the price we faint. But well, price are very affordable and also not forgetting the Tangsuyuk糖醋肉. They are cooked by authentic Chinese chef that stayed over there. Portion was big so you can order to share. Now thinking back, it makes me drool, I missed jajanemyeon!

💡Songwo-dong Fairy Tale Village - Instagram worthy village! So cute and pretty. So much of fairytale drawings and figuring as if one was suddenly teleported to the fairytale world. Drop by here with your kids, partner and best friend to shoot some very nice ootd for memories. One thing to note, It actually a district where people live there too. So be a little considerate.

💡Wolmido - Take a bus just few mins walk near the subway station. Then you reach a place where you will need to take their monorail to enter wolmido. Bear in mind of the monorail time schedule if not you will have to wait longer. Remember to take brochure so you know where to drop off. Once you are on board the monorail, it like as if travelling into Sentosa. Hehehe, excited me from here, you start seeing beautiful scenery and view. I love this place so much! If you are someone who love bada 🌊 which translate to sea in English and seagull. You have to come here. Siting by the bench and looking at the sea just calm the heart ❤️ and mind adding the sound from the sea gull and watching people feeding prawn stick. This is so mind healing. Not afraid of any hunger - there is a food street selling mostly identical fried snacks and restaurant/café too!

💡Wolmi Theme Park - just beside Wolmido Park, there are so many amusement ride for you to play!

From roller coaster to pirates 🏴‍☠️ ship and many more challenging rides you can ever imagine. The must try that we always see on korea variety show..." Disco BANG BANG" — a Big round circle ride which you sit on and hold on tight on the handle which is a bit unsafe, a ride that just keeps on bumping and turning. NGL, guess I am too old for this ride - it was so scary hahaha because the host will just kept teasing you and try to make you fly and fall off to get audience attention. My arms is damn sore from holding on to the handle so tightly and my friend is trying so hard to protect my leg from flying. My heart was beating damn fast as it was spinning super fast. And it was such a long ride! Almost 10 mins ride and I was left with bruises on both of my lower arms living with me till I return back to Singapore. But well, they really your money spend worthy. Although, it was rather an experience for me.

💡 Sinpo International Market - in the evening just before we return to seoul. We decided to hop by this market. But sadly, not a lot of food stalls are open so we couldn't get to try the famous food that was recommended online. But it was still nice to walk through the street, it was a super short one. We managed to have fishcake stick there and it was only 500 won, although not super good but it dirt cheap.

Note: People in Incheon don't speak English at all. They are slightly less educated as compared to seoul. So it best to learn some simple Korean language or have a translator ready.
