The ultimate guide to tax refund in Seoul!

Here’s a comprehensive guide on receiving your tax refund at the airport!!

-When you reach Incheon airport, find the big number 3, that’s where the self-refund kiosk is located.

-When you reach the kiosk, choose your preferred language, accept the T&C and you can start scanning the receipts eligible for tax refund.

-Once you’re finished, take note of the right-hand side of the screen. If it shows O, you can collect the cash without getting the stamp from the immigration. If it shows X, you need to take the stamp from the custom declaration kiosk to receive the refund. (If the refund amount is >75won, the stamp is needed)

-After this, clear the immigration and turn left to head to gate 28.

-You can choose to receive the refund in USD/KRW
