This is another quick and easy recipe that I make when I’m feeling lazy after a long day at work, but I still want something tasty 😋. It’s not authentic, but this is my version of a Thai salad 🥗
Ingredient
* Green cabbage
* Red cabbage
* Carrots
* Green onion
* Cilantro
* Limes
* Peanuts
* Tortilla strips
* Peanut butter
* Rice vinegar
* Soy sauce
* Brown sugar
* Garlic clove
* Ginger
* Warm water
* Chicken breast
Peanut sauce
* 1 cup of peanut butter
* Minced ginger
* 3 small Minced garlic cloves
* 1 tablespoons soy sauce
* 1 tablespoons rice vinegar
* 1/4 cup brown sugar ( or to taste)
* 1 tablespoon maple syrup
* 2 fresh squeezed limes
* Warm water to thin out the peanut butter
After cleaning my chicken, I sliced my chicken breast in half and pounded them out flat.
Next, I seasoned both sides and dipped my chicken breast into my seasoned flour and then into my egg mixture and then into my panko bread crumbs and fried my chicken for 3-5 mins per side. ( pending on the thickness.
Lastly, you’re going to thinly chop up your red cabbage, green cabbage , cilantro , carrots and peanuts for topping to assemble your salad.
