This is the 3 ways of cooking broccoli that i always do.

Stir Fry

Ini antara my go to recipe kalau nak stir fry broccoli.

Tumis je bawang putih dengan sikit cili api, masukkan broccoli florets, season dengan soy sauce atau garam sikit.

Siap dah stir fry garlic broccoli.

Tips untuk stir fry jangan terlalu lama nanti warna broccoli jadi kurang cantik.

Atau boleh juga blanch dulu your broccoli sebelum stir fry to keep that vibrant grren colour.

Steam

Steamed broccoli is a great meal-prep veggies.

Bila dah steam broccoli lebih mudah untuk kita pelbagaikan resepi.

Steam your broccoli in a steamer for about 4-5 minutes if you prefer crunchier broccoli, or 7-8 minutes if you prefer it softer.

Or you can also steam them in a microwave around 3 minutes on high heat but you do have to check them often.

Simply mix steamed broccoli ni dengan your favourite chili oil. Sedap sangat tau!

Air Fry

Air fryer is so convenient, sekarang oven pun cheda jarang guna tau.

This is an air fry parmesan broccoli yang senang dan sesuai dijadikan side untuk roast chicken, lamb atau beef.

Add parmesan cheese, black pepper and salt (go easy on salt because parmesan is already salty)

to the washed and cut broccoli.

Drizzle some olive oil and fry them in the air fryer for 8 minutes on 180c.
