Looking for a delicious and nutritious way to kickstart your day? Give this overnight oats recipe a try! It’s simple, quick and ideal for meal prepping. Plus, you can easily switch up the flavours so you’ll never get bored. Here’s my step-by-step guide:

Step 1: Start with the base. I use 3-4 tablespoons of instant rolled oats.

Step 2: Add in 1 teaspoon of matcha powder. This gives it a nice earthy flavour and a healthy boost! You can also swap it out for protein powder, cocoa powder, or anything you like.

Step 3: Submerge it with almond milk. You can add more or less depending on your desired consistency. Any other milk alternatives is fine too!

Step 4: Time for the fruits! I am using frozen strawberries and bananas here, but you can use fresh fruits.

Step 5: Add 2-3 spoonfuls of your favourite yoghurt. I normally go for Chobani Greek Yoghurt, but today I’m trying Siggi’s Vanilla. You can skip this step, but adding yoghurt makes the oats creamier.

Step 6: Pop it in the fridge overnight. Don’t forget to add your granola in the morning, it’ll stay crunchy that way!

Step 7: Mix it all up, and enjoy!

Meal Prep Tip:

I love prepping this for the week! It stays fresh for up to 4 days in the fridge, so i usually prepare a 3-day batch on Sunday night for easy work lunches. It keeps me full, and super budget friendly!

Tips:

Mix up your fruits and toppings, or throw in some chia seeds for variety. Try it with peanut butter, honey, acai powder, or anything else you love!
