Tennis is one of my favourite racket sports, so I will always spend some time to practice tennis once a week. Although it has been one and half year since I started playing tennis, I still cannot master the forehand well 😅 Practice makes perfect, all I can do is to practice more!
According to World Health Organisation (WHO), adults should do at least 150-300 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic physical activity; or at least 75-150 minutes of vigorous-intensity aerobic physical activity; or an equivalent combination of moderate- and vigorous-intensity activity throughout the week.
I recommend all of you to do exercise three times a week (preferably different types of exercises), spend about an hour each time, which can effectively control weight, improve sleep, and enhance vitality 😊
