End 2023 on a good note with these prompts❤️

The end of the year can get very overwhelming for some of us with work, holiday festivities and the new year 🙌🏼 Here some reflective questions I’ve come up with during my own journaling session to help ground and reflect before the new year begins!

Use these either mentally or journal your answers down—anything you are comfortable with ❤️✨

These questions don’t talk about achievements and goals because I believe it’s more important to live happily everyday and see the beauty in all the small things. Our goals and achievements are simply side effects as we work towards achieving happiness.

This is also a great manifestation tool; As you feel good answering these questions, you’re also telling the universe what you want to bring forward to the next year and have more of it.
