EREWHON HAUL 🛒🥬

Went out to the infamous Erewhon in LA, an all certified organic grocery store, this past week and wanted to share the things that I got and why! ✨

Groceries:

- Tumeric Ginger Chicken Bone Broth: Bone broth has collagen and ingredients that support gut health. The tumeric and ginger help aid in inflammation.

- Seamoss: This is a moss from the sea that was harvested and turned into a gel like product that you can put into your smoothies. It contains 92 minerals, supports thyroid health, respiratory health, digestive health, Joint and Bone health

- Cocojune (Coconut Greek Yogurt): Vegan and comes with billions of probiotics that also help with digestion

- Celery Juice: Can help improve bloating, packed with antioxidants, great source of vitamins.

- Jumbo Cashew Nuts: Jam packed with healthy fats, proteins, manganese, copper and magnesium. Helps with brain function, immunity and bone health.

- Coffee beans: To fuel my coffee addiction. Plain and simple lol. Making sure that my coffee beans are organic and ethically sourced are also important to me! The standard blend tastes great!

- Sage: I love burning sage in my apartment to clear unwanted energies and the smell is so soothing to me.

My Lunch:

- Salmon Banh Mi Collard Greens Wrap: TASTES YUMMY! The salmon is a great source of protein and the collard green is perfect for sourcing minerals and vitamins.

- Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie: This is my FAVE smoothie from them. It comes with dates, bananas, your choice of mylk, and whey protein (I subbed with pea protein) It’s my non-guilty pleasure of enjoying something that still fuels me and meets my protein intake goal.

I know shopping here everytime is not ideal. However, I love coming here to get some special items that I know are organic. Thinking about doing more grocery hauls! Let me know what you think 😘
