Fall Crockpot Fave ✨

White Chicken Chili 🌶️🫶

1 lb chicken breasts

1 can black beans, drained & rinsed

1 can corn, not drained

10oz can Rotel tomatoes w/ green chilis, not drained

1 packet ranch seasoning

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp ground cumin

1 tbsp chili powder

1/2 cup water

8oz cream cheese, block

🩶 Coat crockpot with oil & lay breasts on bottom

🩶 Add canned good, seasonings & water — Mix

🩶 Place cream cheese block on top — DON’T MIX

🩶 Cook on LOW 6-8 hours // HIGH 4 hours

🩶 Top with cheese and sour cream

🩶 Serve with crackers or tortilla chips
