๐I aim to consume atleast 8-16 ounces a day over a 3-5 period once a month. This was my way of clearing my gut if I had a few drinks ๐น and โcheatโ foods ๐ซฃ. I only added fruits to my juices as a natural sweetener.
๐ I also gently massaged my belly from right to left, in a clockwise motion to help with gas/bloating and overall digestion. Notice how people who undergo body enhancement surgery get lymphatic drainage massages?? This helps: improves circulation, relieves pain, breaks down scar tissue. Same can be applied here.
๐Juicing wasnโt the only way I lost inches off my waist. I included cardio and core/ back exercises.
