Adding these habits to my daily routine changed my life!
1️⃣ Mobility and flexibility: We don’t realize how stiff our joints and muscles get as we sit all day at work, school, driving, etc. it’s so important to work on flexibility!
2️⃣ Planning my day: This is hands-down one of the BEST ways to be more put-together and achieve your dreams in life. I plan every day with at least a few goals and objectives; on days I know will be busier, I like to plan hour-by-hour so I know how I’ll get everything done!
3️⃣ Lifting weights: I got the lean look I had worked for (unsuccessfully) for years when I started lifting weights frequently.
4️⃣ Eating more protein: Protein is the building block for muscles and helps with bone health, cell repair, and skin, hair, and nail health!
