If you want stronger arms with lean muscle, do these exercises! 💗
• Lateral raise: use dumbbells or other weights and bring them from your sides up until they’re in line with your shoulders. Do 10-12x.
• Shoulder press: bring your elbows to 90° and slightly in front of your body (not directly to the side). Press up until your arms are straight over your head! I repeat 10-12 times.
• Tricep extension: hold the dumbbell in both hands behind your head. Carefully straighten your elbows, bringing the weight up. Then slowly return to the starting position. Do 10-12 repetitions.
