1 chicken thigh
Marinate with 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil & 1 tbsp chicken stock
1 cup basmati rice / jasmine rice
1 cup water / chicken stock
2 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp garlic minced
4 pieces ginger, thinly sliced
2 shiitake mushroom, thinly sliced
1 salted fish
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp cooking oil
Topping : egg yolk and coriander
