Sharing my glow-up aka fitness journey! 💪🏼 During the pandemic in 2020, I hit my heaviest weight without exercising or watching my diet 😅 I didn’t realize I was gaining weight until my thighs and arms started to get bigger 🥲

My arms were the most noticeable, especially when I wore sleeveless tops! That’s when I began doing simple home workouts (focusing on body parts), following fitness YouTubers like Chloe Ting and Coffee Lam. I also started doing pilates and yoga to build arm strength, and added spin classes to my weekly routine because cardio burns the most calories!🔥

Now working out makes me feel happy & stronger! Just trust the process & “Consistency is the key”🔑 I can do it you can do it too!
