WHAT I EAT IN A DAY (in Hawaii!) 🌸

Here’s everything I ate today living in Hawaii! I focused on a slight calorie deficit & a higher protein intake! 💪🏽 I didn’t cook today except for boiling the eggs ❤️ thank goodness for meal prep & leftovers!

Breakfast:

cottage cheese & mustard, chicken & apple sausage, boiled eggs, and a handful of blueberries

Lunch:

garlic chicken salad with miso balsamic vinaigrette from 📍Uahi Island Grill (in Kailua, Oahu)

Dinner:

Homemade Bo Luc Lac (leftover from last night - recipe by gaming foodie on Tiktok), kimchi, and rice

Snack: pistachios & rotisserie chicken

(Also made sure to drink lots of water! And I had a bit of Diet Coke and a Celsius before my workout)
