Easy and fun Sourdough discard pizza night!

Use up that discard and have a pizza party! My daughter loves helping in the kitchen and pizza nights are her favorite!

I’ve found this recipe on Pinterest and it’s my go-to recipe for sourdough pizza.

1 cup sourdough discard

2 cups all purpose flour or bread flour

1/2 cup water

1 teaspoons salt

2 tablespoons olive oil

combine ingredients in a mixing bowl. knead the dough for 2 minutes, form into a ball, set in a bowl lined with olive oil. Let dough rise for at least 2 hours. Preheat oven to 400 f. Shape dough and I usually bake the crust for 5 minutes, take it out and then add our toppings put it back in the oven for another 11-13 minutes. We like a good crunch to our crust! Oh and we love adding garlic salt for a finishing touch. 😂🤷‍♀️🙌 🍕😋 It’s really so easy so fun and delish!!
