New Arrivals fm Editor’s Mkt fits Plus Girlies! ✨🫶🏻

One reason why I hardly buy local brands is because… Asian girls are really tinyyyyyy. Mostly. And I’m not hahahaha. Perhaps the win here is that it forced me to look at international brands and styles. However!!! Recently, I’ve been browsing at Editor’s Market and they’ve got cute clothes and I think they’ve also expanded their sizing recently. They’ve got XL now and tho they state the fit of UK14 and I’m UK18-20, they fit so well!!! My only peeve is that they do crease pretty easily (with the exception of the Linen dress cuz linen… duh)

Here’s the little review of each piece:

1. Rylene Linen Shirred Tube Dress ($69)

I usually don’t really wear tube shirred dresses as it has Bali vibes and perhaps not really my style but I have changed my mind after putting this dress on. I dressed it up with a linen blazer (as usual) and it looked pretty damn good if I should say so myself 😂😂 My only qualm about this dress is that it’s pretty long and I’m 165cm so y’all do the math for yourself and the slit’s pretty high for someone who needs to wear safety shorts. However, aesthetics wise 10/10.

2. Kolene Shirred Dress ($75)

Absolutely love the design of this dress, kinda has the Ganni, Cecilie Bahnsen, Rosie Assoulin vibes or rather it can be styled as such. However, after wearing this dress on a super hot day, I’m afraid they’ll show sweat stains 😩 which is such a pity as I love this dress so much. It’s such a great date dress. But perhaps other colours might look different or save it for a day where you know you’ll perspire less. I definitely will give this dress another go on the fact that I was perspiring like crazy for that shot 😂😂

3. Dellis Drawstring Skirt ($49)

Yallllll. This skirt just somehow looks so good and flattering. It makes your legs look super long. You can dress it down w sneakers but I opted for a ballerina heel pump here. Idk if I’ve said this in the other post but… this is my Little Mermaid blue dress inspired look (iykyk). Hahahahhhaa.

All these pieces have ruching/shirring/drawstring and elastication so plus size girlies y’all have more clothing options! (Yay) and they’re really comfy too! Didn’t have a hard time breathing. 😂 You can find them at TEM online, Ngee Ann City or JEM!! Happy Shopping! 🫶🏻✨😍
