Mee Hoon Kueh is one of my favourite childhood dishes. The ingredients are easy to get and it doesn't take long to prepare the dish!

🌟Ingredients:
Soup:
Anchiovies
Onions
1 pinch Salt

Dough:
300g Flour
120ml Water
Tapioca starch
1 tbspn Vegetable oil
1 Egg
1 pinch Salt

🌟Steps to cook:
1️⃣Put anchovies, water, onions and salt to boil in a pot.
2️⃣Put all the ingredients in the mixer. (If doesn't have a mixer, use your hand to knead into a dough.)
3️⃣Knead into a dough.
4️⃣Split into 4 small dough balls.
5️⃣Cover the dough with a bowl for an hour.
6️⃣Tear the dough into thin slices.
7️⃣Finished cook.
