All you need to get prepare is :

⭕️ 200ml Fresh Milk

⭕️ 1 egg

⭕️ 1/2 cup of All Purpose Flour

⭕️ 75g of Protein Powder (Double Rich Chocolate Flavor)

⭕️ 1 Mixture Bowl

1. Pour the 200ml fresh milk into the mixture bowl

2. Break the egg into the mixture bowl

3. Then put the all purpose flour in

4. And the Protein Powder also pour it in

5. Use a mixture spatula mix them well together until forma fine liquid texture

6. Turn on the fire and heat up the pan

7. Apply some plant oil on the pan, and pour 1 big scoop of the protein pancake mixture in and cook it well both side

8. And the Double Rich Chocolate Protein Pancake is NOW READY💕

The flavor of the pancake is random, it’s depend on what kind of the flavor of your protein powder is. If you wish have some fruits taste, you may also blend some fruits together with the pancake mixture. So the pancake will be have a healthy carbs in too!💯
