This isn’t necessarily a measurement recipe, more of a customizable idea:) Save the steps below✍️
•Start with a pizza dough of your choice and make a square about 1/4 inch thick. •Stuff it with mozzarella (Trader Joe’s has a light mozzarella I love that is super high in protein,) chopped spinach, and a protein source (pepperoni or for higher protein try chicken breast or ground turkey/beef)
•Top with another square of dough and use a fork to connect the top and bottom into a pocket
•Air fry at 390F for 12-18 minutes (it’s gonna depend on how big yours is so just watch till it’s golden brown😉)
•To add protein to the overall meal I made a ranch dip using 0% Greek yogurt and a ranch pack I found at home lol
