The best avocado toast

Viva la vegan toast from Life Bowls, Madison CT!

This has been my favorite for years. While I was recovering from my eating disorder, this was a go-to for me (and still is). It’s healthy and makes me happy so it’s a win win :) Met my mom for lunch today and couldn’t resist a delicious toast 🍞🥑🍅!

They also have the best açaí bowls. Seriously I haven’t been to a place that tops their bowls, and I’ve tried a loooot of different places. Everything here is bomb.
