We are going to be honest, this was our first time making bagels. And these are not just any bagels … they are mini, they are gluten free, and they only consist of two ingredients!! (minus the toppings) Aren’t they just the cutest?!

INGREDIENTS :
2 C almond flour, sifted
1 C greek yogurt
1 egg, for egg wash
everything bagel seasoning, for topping
METHOD :
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl add almond flour and greek yogurt. Mix until ingredients are thoroughly combined; kneading for around three minutes.
Roll the dough into a ball and cut into six even sections. Form each section into a bagel shape with a hole in the middle. Brush each bagel with egg wash and top with everything bagel seasoning.
Bake in the oven for 20 - 25 minutes. Once removed and slightly cooled, but each bagel in half and add your favorite spread. Buon Appetito!
*We had to add an additional dusting of almond flour because our dough was too wet.
