INGREDIENTS:
- garlic
- onion
- carrots
- broccoli
- bokchoy
- half a lime
- chicken broth
- frozen wontons
- raw shrimp
- green onion & cilantro
- chili oil (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
- (1)cook your shrimp with some butter and seasoning in your pot. (2) take out your shrimp and throw in a little bit of oil to your pot and add your chopped onion and chopped up garlic (3) once onions look translucent, add in your veggies (carrots,broccoli, bokchoy) and add as much chicken broth as you’d like for your soup (4) once your veggies seem soft (usually 10-15 minutes after boiling) add in your shrimp and frozen wontons and let those cook for another 10ish minutes (5) you’ll know the wontons are ready when they float to the top and then pour into a bowl (6) finally, garnish with some cilantro, green onion and some lime! I add chili oil for a little spice!! Then you’re finished ✔️ enjoy 💕
