Breastfeeding Diaries: Lactation Overnight Oats

Made the yummiest lactation breakfast for the week! I have been trying to balance eating healthy while maintaining calories to keep my supply up. If you’re looking for a boost in supply 🍼 you’ll have to try these out! 🤩

- 1/4c rolled oats

- 3/4 tbsp flax seed

- 1/4 tsp brewers yeast

- 1 tbsp nut butter (almond or PB)

- 1 tsp honey

- 1/2c milk of your choice (i used almond milk)

++ toppings of your choice, i did sliced almonds & mini choc chips 😋
