Let’s talk about mental health and OCD

So for the past year I’ve been struggling with ocd and I’ve been diagnosed for about 9 months.

This time has had a lot of ups and down and in betweens and I think it needs to be talked about

I in no way thought I had OCD, but media and television were the only things that had shown me anything about OCD (and Emma from glee is not the best representation, she can be but there is so much more to it)

I’m not the neatest person and I didn’t count every ceiling tile when I walked into a room, but boy oh boy is there so much more!

This app is so cool and I feel like I’m developing a super cool community so I want to be open and honest about mental health Bc it isn’t talked about enough and if I can effect just one person then I call that success!! So leave your questions and I’ll be happy to answer!!
