- can’t pay attention

- overstimulated

when in reality, symptoms also look like this:

✅ harmful self soothing

✅ missed appointments

✅ losing important items

✅ destructive side quests (large hyper focus projects gone wrong)

✅ overstimulated meltdowns

✅ forgetting what you were doing and burning meals

✅ overspending

✅ hyper fixation hobbies (spending hundreds on supplies we lose interest in)

✅ burnout
