☐ make your bed

☐ drink one bottle of water

☐ wash your face/brush your teeth

☐ eat one good thing

☐ take 10 deep breaths

☐ go outside for 5 minutes

☐ journal/brain dump your feelings

☐ do one self care activity that sounds nice

☐ remember that this too shall pass
