NEW CAFE MARGARET WORTH THE HYPE? 🤔🇰🇷

I absolutely LOVE the cafes in Korea and I was stoked to hear the famed Cafe Margaret in Korea is in Singapore?! 🫣 It's situated along Bali Lane, near Bugis, and I headed down this weekend with my friends for teabreak! 💛

What we got:

- Raspberry Pound Cake ($7.50)

- Real Tiramisu Cookie ($5.10)

- Black Sesame Cookie ($4.90)

- Cinnamon Roll ($6.70)

TBVH, I was utterly disappointed with their bakes... 😭 Furthermore, we had to queue for >30mins to get a table and most of the bakes were already sold out... (their signature croissant cubes were what I came for 😭😭). Not only were their cookies and pound cakes dry, the flavours were not pronounced at all. Out of all we tried, the best was their glazed Cinnamon Roll that was moist and buttery.

After such a disappointing experience, I don't think I will head back again ☹️ Let me know how your experience went if you have visited the newest Cafe Margaret in town!
