MUST-TRY PISTACHIO BREAD & BAKES 🍞🫶🏻

All pistachio lovers like myself definitely got to try the AMAZING PISTACHIO BAKES from Dilutedcoke, a home-based business run by Jia Jia the Baker (also known as the pistachio queen). 🥰

Her bread bowl puddings are AMAZING and I absolutely loved her pistachio bread bowl pudding w/o mochi for me to fully savour the goodness of her pistachio fillings. 🥹 Hands down, this was one of the best and most GAO pistachio paste and custard I've tasted — after toasting it in the air-fryer for a few minutes, the bread was satisfying crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. I ended up devouring this in one sitting and savoured every heavenly moment of it.

I found most of the canelés I had before too hard to bite but this pistachio canele had the perfect amount of crisp with a moist and chewy interior, filled with a generous amount of thicc nutty pistachio paste. 😩 Unfortunately, this is not for sale now but she will most likely be selling it in her upcoming booth at BakerX.

I also got to try her pistachio choux pastry which managed to retain a nice crisp after popping it in the airfryer, despite having it a day after keeping it in the fridge. It is generously filled with the same pistachio PASTE + CUSTARD fillings as the one in her bread bowl pudding so... you can guess that I devoured it within minutes too. 🥹
