Living with both ADHD & autism

It's wild to me that just 10 years ago, you couldn't diagnose both ADHD and autism in the same person. Wow has medical science changed in just a decade...

When people ask me to describe what it's like living with both, it's really difficult to put into words. It truly feels like I have opposing forces, they both have different goals in mind, and they are pulling at my brain in opposite directions.

How I can crave routine and novelty at the same time is completely beyond me... but we do what we can.
