Reminder to let your bed breathe every morning 😮‍💨

This is probably shocking to read because we’re often taught that making our beds is the most important habit to kick the day off! But I like to replace that with *intentionally* ✨ un-making your bed ✨

Waking up and making your bed immediately traps things like dust and moisture in the bed 🫠

And letting the bed breathe can actually improve quality of sleep.

⭐️ HOW TO? Shake out your covers and sheets and then pull them back to let the bed air out for ~60 minutes
