We cook everyday and have no regrets!

If you’re deciding what hob to get, we humbly put forth the INDUCTION HOB for your consideration! We decided to get an induction hob instead of a traditional gas hob even though we are heavy cookers (3 meals a day at least 5 times a week type of people) and have had no regrets!

The main things we love about having an induction hob are:-

🫧 Easy to Clean🫧

The totally flat surface makes cleaning up super easy and fast! We just need to give it a wipe down with a microfiber cloth and multi surface spray and we’re good to go. The time saved vs a traditional gas cooker where you have to lift up various parts etc. really adds up over the course of a week!

🔪 Doubles up as Additonal Counter Space🔪

While our kitchen is large in terms of floor area, we actually only have 1 stretch of counter top space for food prep which means any additional counter space we can get is much appreciated. The induction too easily pulls double duty for us which has come in handy many a time when we’ve had to cook for a crowd.

🧭 Speedy Heating 🧭

We’ve timed how long it takes to bring a pot of water to a boil and on the highest heat setting, the induction hob can do it within 40 seconds! To be very honest, this was one of the biggest factors that cemented the decision to get an induction hob instead of gas hob for us. You really just can’t beat setting a pan down and being able to start cooking almost instantly.
