Day 01 weightloss diary: lunch (23/10/23)

I'll be using this platform to keep update on my weightloss journey. It won't be consistent as I'm struggling with my eating habits, but maybe keeping track on public acc would make me more discipline in making sure i do my best everyday to change this bad habits on mine. I will do daily updates for every meal i consume for the day instead of compiling in one post, so i can remind myself to stay updated.

I won't weight myself everyday as scale fluctuate all the time, but will update once a big change in my weight happen. I'm more focus on inchloss so waist measurement will be my main concern.
