Hi ladies! Most of you probably have seen the rave about healthy shots especially here on Lemon8 and Tiktok. Little did you know that I have my all time favourite shot recipe that is easy to make. The ingredients are:

1. Handful of kale or spinach

2. Handful of parsley

3. 1 lime

4. 1 kiwi or green apple

5. 2 sticks of celery

This shot is beneficial for those of you who are concerned about your weight and want to get healthier in general as it is enhances digestion and stimulates our body. This shot is also great for those who have skin concerns!
