My Hair Care Routine

I was never one to care too much about what products I used on my hair until recent years... I just used your average shampoo and condition and didn't really think much about what ingredients were in it or the benefits or lack there of of the products. However, during COVID I started trial and error with different brands to see what worked best for my hair type and my problems (frizzy/dryness).

After many months of testing products, I found that OUAI has some of my favorites!! The price point for what you get is super reasonable in my opinion and it really makes my hair look and feel the way I want. I've used the medium hair shampoo/conditioner duo for about 2 years now and it makes my hair feel SO clean and soft when I get out of the shower. The detox shampoo is perfect to use after piling on the dry shampoo or a slick back bun day. After my shower I always give my hair a nice spray with the leave-in conditioner which helps me get any tangles out and leaves my hair shiny! Once a week I'll use the mask for extra hydration.

I have naturally wavy/curly hair so when I want to put a little more effort into my curls, I'll scrunch in Miss Jessie's Pillow Soft and Jelly Soft Curls to bring my curls to life and give them definition.

All of these products leave me looking and feeling like I just left the salon💆🏼‍♀️✨
