im extremely selective when it comes to nightmarket because it is usually fried or just oily.

if i have to eat, i make sure my calories are not wasted.

having been a frequent to Taiwan and a creature of habit, i usually go to places/ stores i find good and multiple the list from there.

no gate keeping anymore since #michelin find it too.

and prices have definitely increased over the years. sigh inflation and whatever.
