Why sex is so important in a relationship 🤍

1. It’s a form of love and affection. I’ve always been an advocate for showing how much you love a person in ways other than saying “I love you.” Physical touch is such an important love language to have.

2. It shows constant attraction. Especially in long term relationships, it’s good to remind your partner that you still find them beautiful/handsome. Sex definitely does that!

3. It’s great for stress and mental health. We all get stressed and feel mentally drained sometimes, sex is a great stress reliever and anxiety reducer, for the both of you!

4. It keeps things exciting. In a relationship, especially one that’s long term, it’s important to keep that spark. When my partner and I are intimate or about to be, I still feel butterflies and excitement. That’s how sex should be every single time with your partner! It should feel like something to look forward to at the end of the day. Every time should feel like the first time.

5. It’s a great way to always feel connected to your partner. My partner and I feel deep connection through intimacy. Every relationship is different of course, but we feel the most connected through intimacy. Nothing else matters to us but each other in those moments.
