Easy BBQ Beef Sliders

These are a family favorite and they’re easy to make!

Recipe

• Cube a well marbled chuck roast then use yellow mustard as a binder and season on all sides with your favorite bbq rub

• Smoke the meat at 250°F for 3 hours

• Wrap in foil with 3 tbsp butter, half cup beef broth and one cup of BBQ sauce.

• play back on the smoker for another 2 hours until fall apart tender.

• Dice up a large onion, and cook it in a pan until caramelized.

• Assemble the sliders using King’s Hawaiian Original Sweet Slider Buns.

• 6 slices of cheddar cheese, smoked bbq beef, caramelized onions, 1 cup bbq sauce, 6 slices of provolone cheese.

• put the top of the sliders back on brush on butter and top with everything bagel seasoning.

• Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes then enjoy
