CHEESY BACON STUFFED SHELLS

🍽️ • INGREDIENTS -

12 ounces (340 g) jumbo pasta shells, cooked al dente according to package instructions

8 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled

2 cups Rotisserie chicken

1/4 cup Green onion

1/2 cup Tomatoes

1/4 cup Hot sauce

2 tbsp Ranch dressing

2 tbsp Ranch seasoning

1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, mild

1 block Cream cheese

1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese

1 cup Sour cream

🍽️ • DIRECTIONS -

1 ) Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a large oven-safe skillet with nonstick cooking spray

2 ) In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning, bacon, and hot sauce until combined.

3 ) Stuff each jumbo shell with the chicken mixture and place in the prepared baking dish.

4 ) Top the stuffed shells with the shredded mozzarella and mild cheddar cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until bubbly.

5 ) Top with green onions, tomatoes, and ranch dressing (optional).
