Skincare Must-Haves For My Runs

Besides running away from my problems, I also am very fond of running and I normally plan my skincare routine around my runs as I do run out in the sun pretty often!

Muji Light Toning Water High Moisture ($13.90)

- Packs a lot of moisture and hydration to ensure my skin is well hydrated and won’t feel tight/dry after my long run

- Very lightweight so I can layer this twice and it is breathable for my skin

Abib Hydration Gel Water Tube ($52)

- Locks in all moisture and isn’t heavy on the skin

- This keeps my skin feeling extra nourished and somewhat cooling (I realise when I use this my face doesn’t flush as much during and after my run)

Banana Boat Aqua Daily Sunscreen Long Wearing Moisture ($18)

- No whitecast and it absorbs almost instantly without leaving a greasy finish, the finish is natural and slightly dewy

- Water and sweat resistant so I know my skin is well protected during my run under the hot sun

- I can use this in place of my moisturizer too due to it’s slightly creamier texture

Bondi Sands Fragrance Free Face Sunscreen Lotion ($15)

- I prefer using this for my body especially the back of my neck and my arms due to it’s thicker texture so it nourishes those areas better throughout my run

- Water and sweat resistant and I sweat a ton so this is a must for my body sunscreen

- This Australian sunscreen offers excellent protection from the sun’s rays that’s why I prefer using this on my body more
