Decided to make these because I didn’t want to waste scraps and they are YUMMY! It’s the perfect little sweet snack to kick you into the “autumn” vibes
1. Take fresh pumpkin seeds, line them on a towel, and use another towel to pat dry.
2. Preheat oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet w/ parchment paper.
3. In bowl, mix 2 teaspoons per cup of pumpkin seeds until seeds are coated.
4. Mix in your spices. Get creative with it!
4a. The pre-mixed popcorn flavoring is a good one, but any combination of spices can be used to make the desired taste (can be sweet, salty, spicy)
4b. I honestly eyeballed mine when mixing and ended up sprinkling more brown sugar and cinnamon than recommended.
5. Line seeds on the parchment paper baking sheet.
6. Cook for 20-30 minutes, or until golden brown
