Quick Summer Griddle Meal

1. Shredded steak from Sam’s club

2. Red, green, yellow, orange peppers chopped

3. Yellow onion (2) chopped

4. Sea salt, pepper, fajita seasoning

5. Corn tortillas

6. Fiesta cheese

Cook the veggies till they are about soft on your outdoor griddle. Add the frozen steak squares and cook until heated throughout.

Butter tortillas and cook them on the griddle. Lay some cheese and steak/veggie mix and fold.

Mix some sour cream or plain Greek yogurt with taco seasoning and taco sauce for the dip.
