Easy Hawaiian Bread French Toast

Easy Hawaiian Bread French Toast 😄 My mom taught me how to make french toast this way, and now its the only way I make it. It’s so good and fluffy, and my kids absolutely love it. Instead of milk and sugar, this recipe calls for coffee creamer, and sometimes I’ll add in a tsp of vanilla extract.

Ingredients

6 - 8 Hawaiian Bread rolls

6 oz coffee creamer (I use Nutpods zero sugar Brown Sugar Creamer, but you can use your preferred flavor)

2 eggs

1 tbsp of cinnamon

Syrup

Powdered sugar

Directions

Heat a large skillet or griddle on medium heat. Spray with cooking spray.

Whisk together coffee creamer, eggs and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.

Dunk each Hawaiian bread into mixture then place on griddle and cook on each side for about 1-2 minutes or until slightly browned.

Place on plates an serve with maple syrup and powdered sugar.
