EAT EAT EAT — this is SO important, a lot of the times us girlies tend to under eat 🥲you must FUEL your body if you’re wanting to see the results you desire, I say this from experience.

I spent months in the gym, consistently, seeing little to no results. After evaluating what I was doing, what factors may be contributing, I began focusing on food. Rather than trying to make it through the day on a lil protein shake, protein bar, salad, etc - I began really fueling my body, eating more, when I wanted.

The sad truth, is that a lot of the time we believe that if we want our “dream body” we have to force ourselves to eat in a certain way, and that simply isn’t true — I just recommend ensuring that you’re eating enough nutrition/protein.
