Occasion & Servings: lots of bread and butter dates 🩷

Ingredient 1 & Portion: heavy whipping cream

Ingredient 2 & Portion: salt (to taste)

Detailed Steps: shake/blend/whisk heavy whipping cream until butter separates from buttermilk. Strain buttermilk & set aside. Kneed butter in cold ice water until the buttermilk is out & the water is no longer foggy, may have to replace water bowl a couple times. Add salt to taste

Additional tips/notes: best by 2-3 weeks ❣️
