How to make homemade butter in 10 minutes

I had no idea how simple it is to make homemade butter, and all you need is one ingredient. Really easy and very rewarding.

All you need is heavy whipping cream (36% to 40% fat) and an electric mixer. Whip it as you would whipped cream, but well past that point. The cream will eventually turns into what looks like crumbs and then later will become harder clumps of butter. Rinse in ice cold water. And you’re done! So easy and quick. Everyone at my house was into the experience.
