I wish these foods didn’t exist

What is your Achilles heel? In my last post I talked about how I struggle with weight loss. Full transparency, these are most of my vulnerabilities.

🥪I love a good deli or hot link sandwich with some chips and a Tahitian treat. I sound like my daddy 😫😂

🧁If I’m stopping by the storm to grab groceries to cook, I may pick up one oatmeal cream pie, Debbie snack or honey bun. NOW I WILL SAY, I do not 🙅🏽‍♀️keep these in the house. I only find myself eating them when I’m out and about by myself.

🥔I eat the hot Cheetos is little less now that I have braces but my job has a huge box of hot fries in the office and I eat a snack bag every day. Thank God for Spring Break. 😅
