𝘾𝙖𝙛𝙚 𝙒𝙖𝙠𝙪: cutest little cafe in taipei! 🍮🍨

👋🏻when we were in Taiwan this summer, it was superr hot and humid. 🥵 There was this day I remembered, we were walking around the Zhongshan district but it was getting really humid. My family and I were desperate, wanting to find somewhere for a drink/dessert. 🍨

Luckily, we managed to find this cute little cafe: Cafe Waku, hidden in a corner with super cute vibes! 🎀 Although located in a corner, this cafe was almost full house when we entered!

This cafe not only offers drinks and desserts, they also have a brunch/mains menu, and even a salad menu. 🥗

𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙬𝙚 𝙜𝙤𝙩:

🍨Ice cream of the day

They had matcha that day, which tasted soo good! It was creamy and slightly bitter. They even sprinkled some matcha powder on it for that extra texture. ✨

🍮Sea-salt caramel pudding

This was super good!! 🤤 The 4 of us devoured this within minutes! It was thick and creamy, and the sea-salt cream blends really well with the sweet caramel! They also sprinkled some crunchy bits which added a really nice bite! 👍🏻

🍵Hojicha Latte

Their latte was rich and creamy, and was perfect for the hot weather! 🌦️ I would say that’s one of the best drinks we got at the cafe!

🧋Rich Black Milk Tea

We also got their black milk tea, which was apparently one of their must gets! It was a really huge cup, and tasted really milky! ☁️ The tea taste wasn’t very strong, but as a person who prefer milk over tea in bubble teas, I loved this drink!

☕️Latte

My dad can’t live without his coffee, so we got a cup for him too. The latte came with a nice latte art. 🖼️ Nothing too special about it.

My mum also got a drink, but I can’t remember what she got anymore and we have no records of it at all. 😅

Overall, we had a great time at the cafe! It was just the perfect little corner for us to take a rest and enjoy some desserts. One down thing about the cafe was it was compulsory for everyone to get a drink. 😕

Their mains/brunch menu also looked really good! Especially their croffles which we saw other people ordered, looked amazing!! 🧇 But we were too full to have another main, so we didn’t get any.
